• Broken wheat (dalia/lapsi),soaked 1 cup
• Sugar 3/4 cup
• Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
• Thick coconut milk 1 cup
• Cashewnuts,halved 7-8
• Raisins 1 tablespoon
• Pure ghee 1 teaspoon
Drain and boil lapsi with 2 cups water in a deep non stick pan. Cover and cook till soft.
Add sugar and stir till it dissolves completely.
Add green cardamom powder and mix. Add coconut milk and mix.
Add cashewnuts and raisins and mix. Add ghee and mix.
